If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law to use our Services. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Organizations registering on behalf of a business represent that they have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

autometick provides access to the WhatsApp Business Platform via Meta's Cloud API. By using our Services you agree to comply with:
You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from your end-customers before messaging them through our platform. Sending unsolicited messages (spam) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
You may use autometick solely for lawful business purposes including customer support, sales conversations, broadcast messaging to opted-in contacts, and AI-assisted communication workflows.

Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual basis depending on your chosen plan.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees. Pricing may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

autometick's AI Employee features are powered by third-party AI models. AI-generated responses are automated and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI agent configurations and ensuring responses are appropriate for your business context.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes from AI usage. AI message limits apply per your subscribed plan.
All rights, title, and interest in the autometick platform — including software, design, trademarks, and content — belong to autometick or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes only.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all content, data, and messages you upload or transmit through the platform. By using our Services, you grant autometick a limited license to process and store such content solely to provide the Services to you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including WhatsApp (Meta), Razorpay, and others. Your use of these integrations is also governed by their respective terms and policies. autometick is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, autometick and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to autometick in the three months preceding the claim.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless autometick and its officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any other reason with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, liability limitations, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation.
If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in India under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction for matters not subject to arbitration.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
