Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any autometick plan. By completing a purchase you agree to the terms below.

1. Subscription Plans

autometick offers monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual subscription plans for WhatsApp automation and AI agent services. All plans are billed in advance for the selected period.

Once a subscription is activated and payment is processed, the subscription fee is non-refundable. This applies to all plan tiers — Platform plans and AI Employee plans.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable due to the nature of the digital services provided:

  • Subscription plan fees (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual)
  • AI message add-on packs once purchased
  • One-time setup or onboarding fees
  • Unused portion of a subscription period after cancellation
  • Partial months or billing cycles

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your autometick subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — your access continues until that date.

Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining subscription period.

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a verified technical issue caused by our platform that makes the core service unusable and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at autometick's discretion.

To raise a technical issue claim, contact us at support@autometick.com with:

  • Your registered email address and organization name
  • A description of the technical issue with screenshots or evidence
  • The date the issue was first experienced

5. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Charges

If you believe a charge to your account was unauthorized or fraudulent, contact us immediately at support@autometick.com. Upon verification, we will issue a full refund for confirmed unauthorized charges and take steps to secure your account.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

To request a refund, email support@autometick.com with:

  • Subject line: "Refund Request — [your organization name]"
  • Transaction ID or Razorpay payment reference
  • Reason for the refund request

7. Plan Downgrades

Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the next billing cycle. No credits or refunds are issued for the difference in plan price mid-cycle.

8. Policy Amendments

autometick reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
